The Riff is a young place, both in its form and on paper. Inspired by the format of Japanese Listening Bars, it aims to combine the work of bartenders and DJs, the two figures in fact, work side by side behind a truly unique counter-console.
Benny Benassi, together with his friend Fabio Volo and entrepreneur Franco Montanari, decided to open this Restaurant & Cocktail Bar right in the center of Reggio Emilia, in the renovated Piazza San Prospero, and especially to rely on Samot’s experience for some key services.
The equipment chosen by The Riff in fact is: 2 Hoshizaki ice makers of different capacities (IM100, IM240) for flawless ice cubes and several containers equipped with continuous bag system for fast and effective waste management.
