Ristorante Tentazioni in Reggio Emilia chose Samot for one of the fundamental pieces of equipment in the kitchen: the fryer. In fact, this restaurant-pizzeria has installed two deep fryers of the industry-leading Kienle in order to fry food with impeccable efficiency and speed. The smaller one has a single basket while the second one is double but with a larger single basket.
Tentazioni offers cuisine that combines tradition and innovation with fish and meat dishes, but the real specialty is the thina a thin, crispy shovel pizza topped to taste. This particular dish is served in a modern and lively venue just a short walk from Mapei Stadium.
