Osteria Chilometro Zero is located in the countryside of Massenzatico, surrounded by greenery, born from the love of Emilian traditional cuisine.
In this restaurant, as the name implies, you can find the excellence of the territory thanks to a selection of local producers who provide quality raw materials. To support such a cuisine, Osteria Chilometro Zero has chosen to rely on Samot for the washing area and has decided to install a washing line composed as follows: 2 stainless steel tables, a sink also equipped with an ergonomic tap, a Hobart-branded undercounter washer and a capote dishwasher. This system allows glasses and dishes to be washed extremely quickly and with maximum comfort while minimizing movements.
Thanks to the owners’ commitment and collaboration with small farms, you can enjoy dishes that are always fresh from appetizer to liquor, but also buy some products directly.
