Barolino Restaurant in Carpi, run by the Barolo brothers, has been offering traditional Emilian cuisine with authentic flavors for over 25 years. The pasta is strictly homemade as in the past, the quality, very high and the wine list rich and refined.
A great strength, also mentioned by the Michelin Guide in describing them, is the service, which is called genuine and capable of cheering up the meal.
A perfect service, however, is not made of sympathy alone, but also of details: this is why the Barolino has relied on Samot when it comes to washing and ice.
Samot installed two Krupps brand dishwashers (of different types and capacities) and a Hoshizaki ice maker. In addition, to have shiny dishes, glasses and cups, two osmosis treatments were placed to purify the incoming water. The attention and care that the owners put into what is “behind the scenes” makes all the difference.
